Access the Civil Rights demographics information submitted by your faculty and staff.

After logging in to Faculty Success, find the Reports tab at the top of the screen.

Choose “Extension Civil Rights.”
Note that there are two “Extension Civil Rights” reports. The "Aggregate" report rolls up the demographic counts by faculty member according to program area. The "Detail" report shows every entry by faculty member according to program area.

Adjust the date range to suit your needs.

To access data for all faculty and staff, do not change the “Whom to include” field. To select specific individuals, click “Change Selection,” select “Individuals,” uncheck the box next to the “individual” header, then check the specific individuals of interest.

Choose the “Extension Program Area” to suit your needs. You may choose more than one extension program area.

There will be no need for you to adjust the “Location” field. You only have access to the location(s) with which you are associated in FS.

Adjust the “File Format” field to suit your needs.

Run report.
Faculty Success will return a report with the information. Where it appears on your screen depends on the web browser you are running. In my example, it appears in the middle of the screen. I have seen it appear at the bottom of the screen on other computers.
