To document your Citizen Evaluation of Teaching

  1. You must first create a Non-Credit Teaching record to link your CET results to  
    1. Create a Non-Credit Teaching record
    2. Ensure you fill out the year and title fields of this record
  2. Now you can create a new CET record
    1. On the DM home screen, locate Citizen Evaluation of Teaching in the Outreach and Engagement section
    2. Click the [Add New Item] button
    3. From the first drop down, choose the associated Non-Credit Teaching record.  This box is populated by Year - Title info from your non-credit teaching records.
    4. Document the number of respondents and the mean ratings from questions 1 and 2.
    5. If you choose, you can upload the original CET results PDF for long term storage
    6. Complete the date field
    7. Click Save

To retrieve your CET results

  1. From the DM menu, click on Reports
  2. Run the Annual Activity Report, be sure to use the appropriate dates
  3. Open the generated file and scroll down to your CET results.
