Digital Measures has a stock Vita report which doesn't meet our P&T needs, however we do have several units that use this report because it's format is identical to other instructions that do have Digital Measures.  However this report was causing problems when faculty saw it and thought it our P&T report (OSU P&T CV).  To reduce the confusion, we have renamed the stock vita report to "ZZZ - Do not use - Vita".  This will ensure it's available to use for those few that need it, but reduce the likely hood of faculty trying to use it.
