Updates to the OSU P&T CV report.
Why: Fixes and OSU P&T alignment corrections found by CAS and Extension faculty.

B.1.b - Guest Lecture
Add course prefix and number to the table

Fix case issues
Addition of B.2.a.Citizen Evaluation of Teaching table to present new CET data – only show if records exist.
Move B.6 Team or Collaborative Outreach Efforts to B.1.f to align with OSU Faculty Senate guidelines.
Rename B.5 Other Assigned Duties to Other Assignments to align with OSU Faculty Senate guidelines.
B.7 - Research Currently in Progress. Remove the number 7 from this title, leave bold, and apply Heading 3, align with faculty senate guidelines
C.1 - Publications
Update filtering criteria to show records where Current Status is Null. Resolves issue of missing records due to incomplete data entry.

Apply Heading 4 to sub sections and bold sub-section headings
Change filter on first two sections to only display records with a Current Status NOT equal to "Not Funded".
Add sub section for "Not Funded" to print all CGR where Status = Not Funded. Demonstration of this effort is important for promotion. Copied format from Annual Activity Report.
Reformat of the Grants table. Remove PI's, consolidate two columns and add My Role

In ALL sections of the report, if there are no records, “N/A” is printed. Please replace “N/A” with “None” as this is more accurate.
