1. Select the impact statement form from the Manage Activities menu.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. From the pull-downs, select the appropriate Extension Program Area, Extension Focus Area, and OSU Strategic Area of Impact and Research.

  1. Select the approperiate counties this impact statement applies to.  Choose Statewide if it applies to the state.
  2. Notice that you can add collaborators. The rules are the same here as for adding a name to a publication, grant, or presentation:
    1. If the person is at Oregon State University, type the last name into the first field on the left;
    2. If the person is not at Oregon State University, enter the name beginning with the second field on the left, first name, initial, and last name. You may add an organization name.
