1. Select Civil Rights Demographics Information from the Manage Activities menu.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. From the pull-downs, select the appropriate Extension Focus Area, location, and contact type.
  4. Complete the ethnic, racial, gender, and youth distribution of the contacts.
  5. Save the record.

Please note that you will need to create a record for each Calendar Year, Extension Program Area, and Location your have created Contacts in.
