Sometimes academics have more than one role in an activity. Here’s an example of someone who organized the larger event, moderated the discussion and served as a panelist in the same discussion. This record was created in Non-Credit Instruction, but the same principle applies to many types of records.

  1. At the bottom of the Instructors box, click the "+Add" button to add another person.
  2. Enter the same name as the first name, and set the role.
  3. One person, one event, three different roles.
