1. Remove Course Prefix and Course Number
Why: These fields are not relevant to student committees.

2. Remove Advisors DSA fields
Why: These fields allow the linking of student committee records to others within the system. This has been deemed unnecessary and potentially problematic due to incorrect role assignment. It has been determined that letting each faculty create their own record is the best for OSU.

3. Add support for student committee membership from other institution
Why: It is common for OSU faculty to serve as committee members for students at other institution

Why: The current roles don’t meet the differing college needs.
