changes and data quality updates

After a review of the Publication and Intellectual Contribution records, we found that 5% of the records had a contribution type set to "Other".  Looking further at these 1309 records, we looked for consistent trends that pointed to the need for new types or significant records that were incorrectly identified.  As a result of this effort, the following occured:

  1. Contribution Types added to the drop down list
    1. Scholarly Image
    2. Social Media
  2. 992 records modified to have their contribution type changed from Other to a valid choice in the list.

A list of all modified records were provided to College DM administrators and approval was obtained from all colleges before changes were processed.
