After a review of the Publication and Intellectual Contribution records, we found that 5% of the records had a contribution type set to "Other". Looking further at these 1309 records, we looked for consistent trends that pointed to the need for new types or significant records that were incorrectly identified. As a result of this effort, the following occured:
A list of all modified records were provided to College DM administrators and approval was obtained from all colleges before changes were processed.
