Fixes to OSU P&T CV Report

The following issues were found by a CAS faculty member in the OSU P&T CV report.

B.1.e Graduate student sections.  Indented records under each graduate committee type.

B.1.e Visiting Scientist hosted/trained. The criteria were incorrect in the report, duplicating records for postdoctoral trainees.  

D.2 Service to the Profession: There was an extra End Date(End) on the citation.  This has been removed.
