Submitted request to create a new report with the formatting of the Intellectual Contributions by Faculty report, except that the grouping will be by contribution type only, and not by faculty or department.  The status of the publication will be listed at the end of the citation, and not part of the grouping.   The result would be if a department is selected as the "users included" in the report, all Journal Articles, for example would be listed together, regardless of faculty member.  College of Forestry departments requested to aid in the creation of the annual report to the provost.  I did not request any filtering of the status of the publications, or the reduction of duplicates.  This report merely creates less copying & pasting than using the "by Faculty" report, and trying to consolidate.
