Fixing the citation to properly reflect students

Updateing the citations for Publications, Presentations, and Contracts/Grants to properly cite when an author/collaborator is a student.  Graduate students will show as Name*. Undergraduates will show as Name**.

This change has been requested by a number of departments in CAS and is universally accepted across OSU.
